How to generate a cover letter
The flow inside the app takes about as long as pasting a job ad:

What to check before you send it

Every claim is true and yours
The generator works from your resume and the job description. Read each sentence and confirm that every skill, tool and result it mentions is something you could talk about in an interview. Delete anything you would not want to be asked about.
The opening names the role and the reason
The first paragraph should say which job you are applying for and give one concrete reason you fit it. If the draft opens with a general statement about being motivated, replace it with the most relevant result from your resume.
The middle matches the posting
Pick the two or three requirements the job description repeats most and make sure the letter answers each with a specific example. Use the same wording the posting uses for skills and tools, because both recruiters and applicant tracking systems search for those words.
The length fits on one page
Paste the finished letter into the free cover letter length checker. It counts words and paragraphs and suggests where to cut. The checker's guidance is 200 to 400 words across three or four paragraphs.
The close asks for the next step
